I’m a working mother who cares deeply about nourishing my family with healthy and simple food. I created this space to share the meals I cook at home — recipes that work for adults and kids without cooking separately. I focus on good ingredients, simple preparation, and meals that fit into busy family life.

I struggled to find recipes that were both healthy and simple to make for my child. Between work, daily chores, and family responsibilities, cooking often felt overwhelming. Using family recipes, a bit of search and a lot of trial and error, I gradually developed meals that worked for us — nourishing, practical, and realistic for everyday life. I decided to share these recipes with other busy parents in case they can help other parents too.
