Ingredients
- 1/2 cup natural almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk of choice (e.g. coconut milk or cow’s milk)
- 4 tbs mashed banana (1 medium banana)
- 1 tsp butter/coconut butter melted
- Butter, for frying

- Stainless steel frying pan

Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until well combined.
- Heat a stainless steel frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Reduce the heat to low–medium and add a small amount of butter to the pan.
- Pour 2–3 tablespoons of batter into the pan, forming separate small pancakes.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 2–3 minutes, or until the underside is set.
- Flip and cook the other side until cooked through.
- Remove from the pan and allow to cool slightly before serving.
